I file online January 9th and I received my receipt letter on January 11th. On February 11th I got an alert my case is actively reviewing I am a us citizen but my lovely husband leave in the DR.

Depends on the lockbox you sent it to. We filed through Phoenix Lockbox Pd Jan 7, 2021 and got our receipt notice Feb 11.

I filed on December 31st 2020 I received i797 January 8 Jan 15 I got on alert they are reviewing my case nothing is outstanding my children are in Jamaica filed it in Texas don’t know what next coming and how long they are under 21

my dad is in Jamaica also but his lawyer lives in Florida he is the one handling my dad paper work... he mailed out the i130.. I live in NYC maybe was sent to Dallas lockbox

well me and u in same time line plus same country(Jamaica) like my daughters keep our fingers cross a lot of backlogs it’s a 11 months process as far as I see

but at least you get a i797 form I never received mine
