Pending 485 case is counted towards utilization of GC numbers or not?
does pending I485 case is counted towards utilization of GC numbers or not?
my case is pending since oct 2020 and date is current. if it doesn’t get approved by tomorrow which I doubt it will, considering government shutdown , doers it mean it will not get approved in this wave and they will waste a GC they could have given me
gd ev.family today I did my interview ,then after the interview they gave paper that says your priority date is not current at this time, that my pd will transfer to Tsc or nbc. what does that mean.
