same filer here, I have been waiting for aproval 765 almost 8 months w/ employment based i485 from Nebraska. hope we can get approved soon. 😞 my lawyer told me it is normal they keep backlog.

guys if you get any updates please let us know here! it’s crazy which it takes almost 1year for what was done in only 90 days before!!!

just got my EAD last week I called them once it passed 9.5 months for case outside of normal processing , they sent me the card 2 weeks after that .

check your field offfice processing time , If it’s already passed that time , just call them and they will process your case .

that’s the problem. take my case for example, when the case move forward 1 month almost reach the end of the normal processing time, they go back 1 month the normal processing time, so they always keep the case in normal processing time never get approved. 😭

I dont care man they should not forward the processing time they should work harder to go back for normal it doesn't make any sense there alot of people losing there job ... am about to lose my job too 😥
