My US Kids!
Hello All,
I was wondering if I can request to be a resident through my USA children who are currently 6 years old. After they were born in the USA, we had to go back home for family reasons. I know what to return in the USA with them, but I do not if I can request to apply for a Green Card. Do you guys know what my options are?

I made my inquiry on 12/22/2021, USCIS responded to that automatic message on 12/29/2021. more than 39 days have passed and I tried to make the second inquiry and the message says that I am still with the inquiry in progress. Has anyone else been through this situation

Divorce. please advice me
hello everyone, I am in Nigeria and I found out few months ago my husband who is in America withdrew my case for no reason,we are going through a divorce which would be done in a few weeks. I met someone else who wants to meet me and wants to do a tourist visa for me to come but I don’t know if I will be approved considering the fact that my names in the system already
green card based.
I have a question. a friend of mine & her husband been married for a year now & will be 2 in aug. . but the husband was a f-1 student. then long story short he wasn’t able to pay his tuition which ended up to immigration & immigration had sent a removal “deportation letter” which has been rescheduled for next year in october. can my friend file 130 & 485 for her husband while he has that deportation letter before scheduled court date oct 2023. or she has to do something to stop that removal proceedings first before filing both 130&485. i suggested a lawyer but due to funds ectt , can’t afford a lawyer as the whole process with immigration already expensive. Also the husband currently applied for tps & work permit “821 &765” & both case is being currently reviewed.
A good country to meet
Does anyone know of a good and safe country couples can meet up with their fiance', spouse, or family ? Share any of your experiences and advice here please. The Philippines has been closed off to foreign tourists and my fiance' can't visit the U.S either. So what's a nice budget country we could meet ? I don't see our K1 Visa process having closure for many months from what I'm seeing with how long it's taking to process K1 Visa applications.

The FASTEST SERVICE CENTER!!!
Everybody wants to know which service center would process their cases the fastest. Is it Nebraska? Texas? National Benefits? The truth is that it doesn't matter which service center is the fastest because guess what? You don't choose which one to send your applications to. USCIS picks for you based on your current location on file. Furthermore, not all these service centers process every cases. Some petitions specifically go to specific service centers only, again, based on your address on file with USCIS. You need to understand that service centers have jurisdictions over different areas, and all jurisdictions are independent to one another. For this reason, each jurisdiction acts differently from one another.
Also, every case is different and therefore are treated differently. One service center would be very fast for one individual, and extremely slow for another one. So, stop wondering which service center is faster, or comparing your cases to others with the same petitions. Your behind-the-scenes are different, which does make your cases being processed differently. You're only adding unnecessary stress to your life when you can do absolutely nothing at all about where your case is sent for processing. All you can do is making sure that you have ALL supporting documents sent along with your applications to avoid unnecessary delays such as RFE's and the likes.
