no one can do a tourist visa for you, you have to apply for that your self with evidence/ties to your home country to be approved a tourist visa. In my honest opinion I don’t think you would be approved a visa because your names already in the system and they would think you trying any means to enter the US. if this other person really likes you and would like to have a relationship with you then remarry that might be your best bet. Have you tried talking to an immigration lawyer?

How he withdrawal with you outside? Are you on k1 or just visiting Nigeria? If you have any travel permits back to us immediately and try to figure out some way to keep your status here. If not, don't apply for a tourist visa won't be approved.

Steph. K1 visa you're not obligated to marry. You have 90 days after you arrive to marry. If doesn't work out you can go back to your country. Also, immigration rather K1 than adjust of status.

Even for fiance visa you need to show proof at the embassy. Do not apply for tourist visa, its a waste of time and money, they will never approve you.

Well they are going to ask you a lot of questions, how long you know each other, how long you are in a relationship, do you have any pictures together, where and how he proposed and stuff like that, so I guess the best thing to do is for him to come to Nigeria.
