you submit an expedite request first, and then if they need supportive documents, USCIS send you an email with instructions on how to submit them.

Waiting - As far as I know, nope. or at least, I don't have that option in my account either. lol and if there is, they don't see those. USCIS don't look at anything that they didn't request unless it was submitted with your application or is part of the background check. by the way, what category is your EAD and what center has your petition, if you don't mind me asking?

yes, on us USCIS account u can tap on ‘case status’ and a drop down menu will come up. then tap ‘documents’.. once there it’ll give u an option to upload supporting documents. once you’ve selected the specific items, you will have another drop down menu that’ll say ‘identification’, ‘2x2 photo’, ‘other supporting documents’ .. etc.. u can upload 5 at a time. I’ve been doing it & have over 60 supporting pieces of evidence. it’s there! i promise!

@dee I don’t see any such options under “case status”. maybe it’s not available for I-765/EAD??
