FINALLY INTERVIEW SCHEDULE WITHOUT RECEIVING EAD AND AP

I will be having my interview next Month in Newark field office without receiving EAD and ADVANCE PAROLE. Is this Normal and what to anticipate.

i received my ead today! but it is not valid for entry to usa which is strange.

expedite child going aged out

I filed my I-290 be to reopen reconsider because i missed the interview i filed last year in Febuary 2021 and still waiting my i551 stamp also has expired and they won't allow me to get a new one because i have I290B pending not sure how long the process is

expedite request

I contacted a congressman to expedite our case F2A spouse due to medical reason. USCIS replied to them with this message: Your constituent's case was approved for expeditious process. However, the case cannot be adjudicated at this time. Please follow up with our office in 60 days. We're a bit confuse. What does it means? Do we need to wait for another 60 days for a decision? Anyone here who received the same response? TIA!

Can you expedite EAD even if you are out of status already?

I filed AOS through marriage I485 together with I765. My husband is US citizen. Its been 9 months and no update at all. how possible is that? any advice pls. I dont have any lawyer to ask. im desperate to go to work :(
