PERM PROCESS
I am working at a consulting company from india and serving for one of the biggest banking client at USA since 2019 April . I am on H1B visa and now my company have started PERM process for GC . I heard they said as I have not met educational criteria so my process will not go further. I did BCA (Bachelor in computer Application) 3 years bachelor program and do not have any masters . my question is is there any way or process can start my GC process and I have 15 years of IT experience . any suggestions are welcome and I can take hire any Attorney firm from side.

Hello All,
I am married for almost 4 years and recently had a Baby Boy who is 10 months Old.
I had to submit paternity test for me and my son. And learned that Baby doesn't belong to me.
Me and my spouse started to have a lot of arguments and fights. She said it was one time she made a mistake, I just feel ruined and now since our case is also on NOID, will I be eligible for VAWA case. #vawa based on Mental Cruielty. How should I proof this. Should I see a psychologist?
