That is hilarious 😂. But you know what, this is so much better than getting depressed over waiting for your aproval. That way you’ll be alive and healthy to enjoy your greened life after approval. I waited for this process from Dec 2017 to May 2022 for me and my spouse. So I know about indefinite wait lol. Keep tight, keep laughing the stress out lol, you’ll get there for sure. Good luck.

Hey @Ednita Gonzalez, I love the spirit and trust me you will hear a lot of people tell you it’s not been amusing (which I know you are aware of) but it was just refreshing to see that post (hilarious) and a far cry from the normal. I’m sure it will have its desired effect on the people that need to let off some steam. Keep the spirit, it helps on this journey and thanks again - while we keep waiting

@Ednita: I discovered I was in removal proceeding in July 2018 after my case was transferred to NBC for adjudication. I had no clue and I had to request for FOIA to find out what was it about. Then, because I lost my job, I had to find another sponsor employer, to request to reopen my file with EOIR. This took some time. It was back in 2019 on the previous administration so they didn’t agree to terminate my proceedings despite my case was super simple with no criminal background. Then covid-19 hit which delayed my merit hearing from April 20 to April 21. Meritt hearing went very short and well and IJ granted me AOS then. However, the struggle continued with my spouse case as USCIS ignored my request to reopen my dependent case for about a year despite motion to reopen sent since May last year. It was a big battle until they finally approved my spouse’s case last week on 5/2. It was a though one. But now we can breathe better at least.
