welcome letter
hey everyone. my case Got approved by USCIS in Nov 2020 but UpTo date I haven't received a welcome letter. my priority date is April 2017. I've tried to expedite it was denied rather they said there was no visa available and that NVC will hold on to my a case one is available. what can I do ? or is this just how it is ?

do you mean when you receive your welcome letter from NVC does that mean your visa is available?

@virgi stvl I'm honestly not sure but as on now I haven't received it having been approved in 2020 Nov. when I asked through the inquiry form that the response I got that they cannot process my case any further according to regulations and that they will hold on to my case untill a visa is available

u have to wait until your priority date is current then a visa will be available

check the processing time for your category with the updated system now they give you a rough estimate on when your priority date might be current
