it gives you a prediction based on the apps database. if there are only 30 cases in your category it will reflect against the 30.

it will not consider your local office. don't look at your rank. but, you can see how many got decisions in your month group. that gives a general sense of what is happening. my rank was 293 on the day of approval.. it doesn't mean much

my I-765 was approved when it was 13% but it is possible it jumps to decision from behind.
