Will I receive my GC by December?
I’m seeing applicants with a similar timeline to me and later getting their GC approved. I submitted everything with I-485 and I have had my bios done end of August. My status is fingerprint fee received. State: California. Service Center- National Benefits Center PD is May 2020 and I’m from ROW. When will I receive my GC? I haven’t received 485j receipt

it’s still pretty rare to get the GC for June 2021 filler you don’t have to worry. most of the case I see online getting their GC are from the end 2020, beginning of 2021 . so I really don’t think yours have a problem don’t worry!

They are giving more priority to EB1 extra ordinary cases. This all depends on case by case. I am Feb filer and haven’t received combo yet. I am hoping to get it next month.

your biometric definitely was timely so you do have a shot at faster processing. The processing times are all over the place though so it seems unlikely.

as per my observation it is taking 40 days approx to get gc approval after 485j letter. NBC doesn't even send ur case to local office.... they approve it directly if no complications
