what to expect after getting RFE before VAWA Approval
- Filed my Vawa in May 2022
- Recieved PF multiple times
- Now recieved RFE while VAWA isn’t approved yet
Anyone in this situation before? What to expect ?

I saw in the system,first and I just call them and ask my letter it’s prima facie or rfe? and they say it’s just prima facie.

@Ty Qualm It’s a good gesture that they are considering to approve your VAWA if you provide what they required. Good luck. I’m behind you by 2months and 8days. I filled August 8th 2022. I am hopeful that they are working on 2022filers

Hey all, yes I recieved the letter
They asked for more evidence for proof of joint residence, proof of abuse like psychological report and some other stuffs, address discrepancy, good faith marriage, inconsistencies in affidavits. I tried my best with the response and gave it a strong response… It’s scary but I’m all in God’s hands 🙏🏾
