PF is not enough evidence it’s just a document given to you after check listing all documents submitted and it establishes you went through the abuse then the issue PF so you can have access to benefits while awaiting full decision. RFE maybe be needed later or they might find the evidence not substantial for approval later after fully reviewing that’s why we have people with PF still get denied while people it wasn’t issued for get approved sometimes too.
