mostly is good …but again it’s 50/50 ….mines was mailed and it granted…you can call the number that you put in your A number to hear about your court hearing ,that automated system can tell you if you are granted or not even before you receive your decision

that's why most people rather ask the judge to terminate their case so they can adjust their status with uscis instead cuz court takes forever

that’s a long process then the judge couldn’t even tell you your decision yet that’s crazy. I agree with @jenn k and am adjusting mine with USCIS next month and not the judge

@cj how long your process takes from after judge terminated to uscis now? that's what I'm planning to do cuz judges takes too long

@ jenn K the judge terminated my removal in 04/2021 and I apply for my I-485 with USCIS in 07/2021 and my interview is 11/2021
