Wardrivng campaign underway, seeks to discredit and ignore U.S. Constitution.
My name is Nikolai J Plecnik, and my callback number is 714.723.8519. Since last year, I have been intentionally been the target of a wardrivng campaign at the behest and indirect request of 2 DA's, CA Attorney General and the U.S. President without any valid court order, no FISA warrant and no legal standing. These political elected individuals have and are ignoring the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Due Process provisions in lieu of political expediency and having a group similar to Wolverine Watchdogs or possibly it is them, to engage in this this illegal behavior. They have intentionally illegally provisioned my phone, upload a custom ROM, fabricated false digital trail/evidence, and developed a client-sercer or command and control type of system throughout all my work, home, and parents desktop PC's. They regularly eavesdrop on phone calls, capture my and my family screen credentials, and use overlays and similar contrivances to create a false impression and to manipulate my mobile device along with my family. They have broken every wiretapping law possible and continue to do so with impunity. I am asking the legal, IT, and criminal justice community to please come together and ensure that this type of wardrivng campaign ceases immediately, and this that are directing it here domestically or abroad are brought to justice immediately and the chance for escape and evasion is minimized. I have 2 DA's, and CA Attorney General attempting to ignore the U.S. Constitution and the CA Constitution, and Bill of Rights and any Due Process provisions in lieu of a kangaroo court held in the middle of the street for political expediency and to engage in a cover up on behalf of the current awhile House administration stemming from an incident last Oct 2020 in which resulted in fatalities and to prevent international reputational harm and tarnish American image they seek to sweep everything under the rug and use "judicial inference" and other questionable legal loops holes even going as far having DoD involved for Court Marshalls to be carried out to prevent the media, and others from getting wind of the President Biden down the line questionable, legal, and ethically wrong decisions. All because they put their own reputation, image, and self-interest above that of the the individual that is being arrested. Alot of this is being pushed by Jill Biden and her cadre of assistants who have favored this form of government. This morning one of the DA's is reported to have arrested his own family member and put him into prison just to placate his political party and to avoid national embarrassment and questions from onlookers since I refuse to go along with a plan that seeks to undermine the U.S. Constitution, the CA Constitution and all the rights and due process provisions that all citizens and noncitizens enjoy. #help #illegal #
