@justin M, PD sep 2020, i765 was filed in Sep 0nly... its been over a year since i applied and haven’t got it.. how about you ??

I guess your I-765 was delayed due to bios. just wondering why that took so long.

@Sam, I got my EAD/AP like two months after my Bios. nothing has changed since then.

I just got a update yesterday for interview scheduled. Pd: 09/20 biometrics 12/18 ead after depositing 04/21 another biometrics schedule 08/11 scheduled for interview 09/10 marriage based 485

@kristel Crivello Chang , happy to hear about it, kindly keep us informed as i suppose we have same Seattle field office, when is your interview??? i am waiting for my EAD/Ap and interview is ready to be scheduled but waiting for date that might tale months due to backlogged. Seattle field office . did my bio on 16 Aug 2021 , a year after submission of my forms in SEp 2020. How long did it take for your interview date ?? thanks .

just an update , my EAD has been approved 2 days ago and now i am wating for it in the mail. and yes field office /ASC does effect your EAD /AP as well as they are required to schedule your bio appointment which is needed to run through the FBI database. i hope i am making sense . my i485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview and still waiting for the interview date. case was approved today. interview and case was moved to Yakima. she asked just the questions on the 485 and when did we get married. she made a bunch of small talk. she didn’t ask for the paperwork we had to bring with. except proof of relationship ie shared accounts etc. good luck everyone.

@kristel crivello -chang , happy to hear about that.i am still waiting for my interview date and status shows its ready to be scheduled since 2 months.i guess Yakima is faster than Seattle field office.

@Bk total time from start to finish for Seattle was 341 days. i believe because we were transferred to Yakima it went quicker.

@kristel Crivello Chang, that totally makes sense as Seattle is one slowest filed office In USA, May i ask how you were transferred to YAkima, was it becuase if USCIS or you guys moved to another zip code ? thanks .

update: marriage based, PD: 8/14/2020, combo card approved being produced today(took 452days). I wrote to WA congressperson a month ago to expedite I-485, office replied yesterday, saying they checked my case and it is still in NBC, can't help. No interview date yet.

just received another notification about case ready to be scheduled for interview on June 14th 2022. first notification was February 2021. what does this mean?
