Thank you Peru V. I submitted form through Phoenix drop box service on Nov 9, 2030. Still waiting for EAD card. I received my receipt after 2 months of follow up in Jan 2021.

Typo mistake. It was on Nov 9, 2020.

all the receipts are delayed for submissions starting Nov 2020... Expect for some decision in April for your case (hopefully )

SSN has nothing to do with your EAD approval.

does anyone know how can I make them accept my expedite request

there is no defined way to make them accept your expedite request. is this the first time you are applying for EAD or is this renewal ?
