EAD is based on the local office? I thought it’s national benefits center that’s making the decision

after rfe response received and not getting an answer did you put in a case inquiry after the 60th dayy?

check your processing time for you state,my daughter will is august 30th she got hers already

if it depends on state or city, why when you check processing time for EAD you can only see a few centers? I think nbc still process ead, but they skipped a lot of June fillers

overall processing time is for service centers. but, practically it is different. those who applied fr LA got EAD in 3 months

oh, and NBC has done one more thing. Approve few from each month

unfortunately, that's what USCIS has done. 30% to 40%of the applications are going by priority date. the rest are all over the place. Since some cities or field offices have less load, they maybe asking NBC to speed up their part and schedule interview. in the process they are also getting their EAD and GC faster.

I had my interview in the local office. the officer said that they don’t produce my EAD. they said that it’s NBC handle my work EAD. i filed in June 2021 . no EAD yet , no green card after interview in January.

“Buzz king” what you’re saying is confusing! also NBC don’t take care of interviews, local offices does! so it’s impossible to “cities or field offices” ask to NBC to “speed up their part and schedule interviews”. whatever it is they are not respecting PD wich is messed up!
