wait time California I485 I130
hello all, wondering if there is anyone that has filed around the time as we did and that has a similar case. we files April 5th 2022. we responded to the RFE on December 30th and have been waiting for a decision since. it’s coming up on the 2 month mark since we’ve heard any news and wondering on a time line. I know this isn’t that long to wait for most people but we have family that is really sick in Mexico and we e already lost a few grandparents during this process and weren’t able to make it to funerals due to this. hope to gain some insight on how much longer. thank you for any and all help.

what was RFE for ? did you file online or mailed application?

we did mail application but f responded to the RFE online. the RFE was for more proof of valid marrige. medical was sent with application.
