W2/1009 Form
NVC ask me to submit Every W2/1009 form for 2021.
so i want to ask that i have to submit W2 form for whole year or just recent one ? please guide.

don’t they need from last 3 years .. I think they need from 3 years.. if they just ask for 2021 then you need to just submit 2021 I guess

but you submitted all before I think nvc they hired people they not have experience in my case they added one person that I didn't ask them and they ask me to upload documents for this person

You have to submit every W2 for the year 2021.
For example, if you had 2 jobs in 2021, you would have 2 W2s. You have to send both. Or maybe you had one job and one self employment. then you have to send them 1 W2 and 1 1099/Schedule C.

@Jess Laila, please refrain from giving advice if you’re not 100% sure about something.
The instructions regarding I-864 clearly states that you must submit W2s/1099s/Sch-C AS WELL AS Tax Transcript/Tax Return.

Firstly, I didn’t say a Tax Transcript won’t be approved. I said it’s mandatory to submit a Transcript/Return AND W2/1099/Sch-C. Both are REQUIRED if you have them.
And just because they approved your case, doesn’t mean they will approve someone else’s. Every case is different. Something that worked for you might not work for someone else. So, it’s wise to follow what their website instructs.
