Visitor visa chances while waiting on i824
Hello everyone, please my husband was thinking about making me apply for a B1/B2 visitor visa.
We already have an approved i130 waiting on i824. If I apply and he accompanys me to the interview in Nigeria, will that increase the chances of getting the visitor visa?

Chances of getting a visitor visa when you're married to a US citizen are practically zero. Also your already from a high risk County. It doesn't hurt to try but I can almost assure you the outcome. They will assume your trying to bypass the ALS process. Good luck!

i applied already for b1-2 visa in January while im waiting for i824 form to get approved but they declined it. they said i should wait for immigration visa. however i was planning to travel to check on my husband then come back to my country.

but i do advise to try it.. why not. low chance but i would take it to see my husband
