@sammy s I saw 2 late June fliers got approved for their EAD a fews days ago but you filed from May and still nothing, did you try to expedite bcuz today I am going to ask my lawyer to expedite my case, I filed in July

i asked my lawyer and they said i have to wait 2 months to do that

i saw someone got approved yesterday who had the receipt notice on the same day as mine

@sammy s that’s a lie because I see persons who file June who did expedite and got theirs within a week

you have some very lazy workers at uscis who use the pandemic to not do their Jobs while you have some who is moving with urgency and that’s why even if u can someone have the same notice date, you don’t must get approved same time with them because of who may be looking at your file

it has been a long waiting period and i still have no clue when i might get my ead and ap. I tried contacting uscis but they said write a letter to them snd wait for their response.

@sammy s some persons was never ask for documents for expedite because I’ve been following everything right through and the few who said they had to send , some use job offer and some use credit card statements

its my first time applying for ead. so idk what docs should i send

I did my bio October but noticed date is July and I’m frustrated already I kid you not

i have seen people who have been waiting for 300 days its really frustrating

@mg g uscis processing time is 9-12 months

@sammy s even if the other process take long I don’t see why getting EAD especially should take that long when it’s the main thing a person need to get by with surviving, if we don’t work how can we survive. at least give us our EAD and take your time approving the others

@shari mc i dont think the people working on our cases care about us they are just lazy

today makes it 305 since I submitted, nothing yet, I even expedited once, no response whether they got it or not… so frustrating!!!!!

how you got 80,000 backlog number? is it with Vermont or other centers as well ?

@bibi rahima no i filed November 2018 and was approved march 1 2021 but i didn't receive no EAD CARD
