i applied for the i360 like 2 years and 3 months ago stand alone but haven’t receive an rfe or prima facie i just have the receipt for the case?

@kevin a It is not a necessity that you should get a prima facie, but some believe that getting prima facie shows that all the minimum requirements are met for the I-360 filing. But I had also seen many cases got approved without prima facie. Therefore, I would comment is neither good nor bad not getting prima facie. Don’t worry much about it.

I didn’t get PF I already had work permit from other means so if you are already eligible for benefits then PF not needed
