filed March 2018 for i360,i485,i765,i131 all were sent together. got approved for combo card under C09 a bit after 2 months. i360 got approved October 2019 and waiting since then for a decision on my i485

My attorney sent an inquiry about a month ago because I’m out of processing time already but didn’t get a answer yet.

I’m doing the same applied concurrently, I have my combo card & Prima Facie already just waiting on VAWA approval. Hope you hear back soon!

Barley filed on Nov 1st 2021 I got my combo card in Oct 2021 & Prima Facie in Jan 2022 so I’m sure I have a long wait ahead of me. I previously had a marriage based green card interview but my ex husband pulled it a month before the interview. Luckily I’m still able to use the same I485 once my VAWA is approved so I’m hoping that can help speed things along a bit

You been lucky, I have read about other cases waiting over a year to get i765 approved. Good luck with all the process.

From USCIS site: . If you are the beneficiary of a Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, filed by the abusive spouse, parent or child, you will be able to transfer the priority date of the Form I-130 to the Form I-360. This is extremely important for you if since it may result in an earlier priority date and a shorter waiting time for getting a Green Card.

I don’t fully understand it but my I 485 will be off hold once my VAWA gets approved I hired an attorney since it’s so complex

Gotcha, if your wife is denying moving forward with a marriage base visa (has she withdrawn it?) and it’s withdrawn yes, you can apply for I360. The I360 would need to be approved, once approved you can adjust status with I485. I would def recommend speaking to an immigration attorney to help. like is said I sought an immigration attorney they’ve helped from the start since this is too complex for me to personally take on alone.
