VAWA RFE (Deficient Signature) - Follow Up
I got an RFE last week on VAWA … it turns out to be a “Deficient signature” because I used electronic signature instead of handwritten.
They are asking me to send original I360 with my hand signature .. anyone ever gotten this ?

would be in thay situation because I mean what you were thinking sign up official document with electronic signature just send it with wet signature

i heard a lawyer said they were going to start asking for the wet signature. they used the electronic signature because of the pandemic and so everybody started doing it like that.
