based on your case timeline I am only assume that they updated your information seen as though you did biometrics in October.

@Vee Hayche the status itself on uscis website did state from in October that they updated my case with my biometrics, that’s y I asked. all along on lawfully app it was saying received then this morning it say case was moved to biometrics.

also, I recommend you doing the I—765 form and when you get to the area on the form which asks you about category select C9. That would give you an opportunity to work while you wait for your vawa (360) to be approved.

@me just me it’s frustrating for real, sometimes I sit and wonder when will it be over, how soon? honestly I’m hopeful that within my 205 days I get approved for the combo card as I see with some persons. I’m at day 196 so I’m just waiting

My combo card was approved in 3 months, got my prima facie & biometrics at 5 months, wondering how long I’ll wait now for the next update

@shari mc Combo card applied for on 02/04/2021 approved & received on 09/27/2021 (typo in the previous comment ) VAWA received on November 1st 2021, Prima Facie & biometrics Jan 20th 2022. now im just waiting for VAWA approval not sure how much longer it’ll be but seems to be moving fairly quickly

I filed previously filed I485 but it was placed on hold (ex husband pulled the process) so as soon as the I360 is approved USCIS will re activate the I485 hoping it’s soon

ok the good thing is you won’t have to wait again on the I485 being that it was already in process but is on hold. I didn’t know about vawa I should have filed from 2019 when I got the RFE for my I130 when my (ex husband) decide he wasn’t going to send the required evidence, I guess at that time my priority date would still be active and I could use it towards my vawa case

the priority date is the date given on your i130 that’s when a visa will be current for you to apply for AOS as my husband was a LPR, so had I filed vawa the minute he didn’t send in the RFE then just like you I wouldn’t have to wait on my AOS I would automatically be next in line once my i360 is approved and that old priority is current. so now bcuz it took me 2 years to file vawa after my I130 was filed then that PD is not longer valid
