VAWA Green Card Approved Today After Today’s Interview
few minutes after posting this, my Green card was approved. Yeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
update: just got back from interview.
1. I attended alone
2. They realized my derivative daughter’s file was not called up. so they will review it in a weeks time
3. I was given the white paper that interview complete and awaiting review
most importantly, I was not asked any question about my abusive wife. not even one. it was all yes/no questions and when I came back last to USA and the visa type I came back with. so in my view, it was a very successful interview and I am waiting for the good news. probably after reviewing my daughters file. if you don’t have a criminal history, don’t spend your money on any Lawyer. Not needed.
