VAWA Expedited Request Timeline
How long does it take for USCIS Vermont to respond (approved or denied) to a request for expedited processing of I-360 VAWA?

my lawyer told me it would take them atleast 60 to 90 days. and She also had an experience with a client with severe illness where expedite request was approved around 30 day mark
