2018?????????? hell Na you should contact them or a lawyer ASAP

Tom Ford yeah I had sent in my i-130 my priority date on that is March 12 2018 then December 26 2019 I applied for i-360 but my lawyer use my priority date. and I haven't got anything from ucsis just travel documents not even ead its been 13 months for ead still nothing either..im starting to go true depression with this honestly

they are working on November 2019 files now

Vawa cases seems to be a little bit delayed compared to other cases without Vawa with what I have seen thus far. Contact an attorney for more insight.

no single RFE. my lawyer says maybe bcos we submitted a lot of evidence and joint documents. but if dat is d case, why d delay?
