@krish, uscis says you can apply for a renewal not more than 180 days from expiration meaning anytime from end of November 2021. In my opinion, since you have one valid until June 2022 and it’s free with a pending I485 (I’m assuming you have that considering your EAD category); I recommend sending in your application by mid- November. This way: 1) you received your receipt notice with automatic 180days extension effective on the expiration of the current EAD 2) you trigger USCIS to look into your pending cases 3) you provide enough time for an approval given the current backlogs 4) you become eligible for a case inquiry sooner because you applied early Hope this helps.

I still have a vawa pending since august 2017, nothing yet , I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m thinking about change lawyer , only God to help me .

Katiana B ~ I have a question about the I485, did you file a new one under Vawa or did you file a I485 w/your ex in your initial i130 pkg? I’m being told that the I485 that I filed when I got married, will transfer over to my approved Vawa case.
