can i expedite my vawa process it’s been 2 years and 4 moth nothing but the receipt ???
i just applied for the i360 no adjustment of status

it’s been 2 years and 7 months for me also, no RFe and no prima facie, I just have the receipt so you’re not alone, you can expedite if you have valid reasons to do that, perhaps it’ll be worth a shot

@kevin a average processing time is 40 months. Like @Jesus baby said, you need to have valid reasons to expedite

that’s the thing i don’t think i won’t have any luck with that cause i have a daca work permit.

daca work permit won’t affect you my brother. if you had filed all the paperwork that was required then you should’ve had PF and work permit issued already. if it was not filed as it should then this could be the reason why you haven’t received anything other than your receipts.

@bugu5420 Robinson filing all required paperwork doesn’t automatically equal being issued a prima facie though…
