@reto mont I have a 2 year plus pending vawa too with no rfe, did you get a prima facie though?

my lawyer said that i don’t need a prima facie determination or a work permit i just filed the vawa alone 2 years ago i also already have a daca work permit like tps?

i only have the receipt from immigration that’s it.

I got no rfe and after exactly 3 years mines got approved

yesterday marked 3 solid years for me no RFE I hope I’m close to my approval 😔

@God’s Child I was getting a lot of PF. never got RFE. now I am sitting and waiting when my i485 will be approved. 7 month already and nothing 🤷‍♀️

@God’s Child I file July 2021 got biometric September 2021 and 1st PF in October 2021.
