I applied in March 29 and got PFD on May 21 after RFE

did you just apply for i360 only or did you apply with i485 and work permit?

I filed concurrently for work permit, adjustment of status, and i360

you should raise a service request for your case because it is above normal processing time and if you apply for i485 you should raise request after 105 days

no she shouldn’t i360 itself takes 2-3 years and after that is when your i485 starts to process. some people are lucky to get the c9 which is based on AOS EAD and some the c31 which is they have to wait till the i360 is approve. but for vawa unfortunately the processing times are not great you just have to wait

I filed my vawa in June 2021 so far I’ve gotten my bio and PF after one month and I’m still waiting for an update

we’re you in the system before?? if so it could apply and not update. but if not I can’t really say I’m not an expert I’m just aware because I’m filing the same sorry. but I’ve seen ppl attempting an expedite request which triggers something but I’m not sure if it was for i360 since it’s a sensitive matter they do. or communicate about it via phone

I was only in the system for OPT(post work study visa) and it doesn’t need biometric for that. I have work authorization for Opt at the moment but still haven’t gotten biometrics from vawa case and a lot of people gets bio appointment within 2 months.

I’m not sure sorry but trust me I’ve seen people not get anything for months u til there approved. u got a PF so that’s great so hopefully it will apply soon. but it’s not recommended for the i360 only for the i765 i485.

I also heard USA and Canada exchange biometrics info. Last year I did my biometrics in USA for canada visiting visa

@liza liza i’ve applied back in june and received notice saying they reused bios for i360&i485 but nothing for i765. received prima facie at the end of july. i am still wondering if they will be asking me another set of fingerprints for i765 or they already reused but didn’t update the system. do you have any information about this? thanks for sharing your experience btw

I applied in June too and for my bio on the paper said for i360&i485 but sept 10 my i765 updated to show fingerprints were taken and since then it hasn’t updated to any other form or anything else hasn’t happened but it’s very rare you’re called for a second bio. I think. unless your fingers weren’t reading on the machine
