vawa , i-765 and i-485
Why i have not received prima facie yet it’s been 7 months ?
I filled my VAWA case in on Feb 25th 2021 and USCIS received in March 4th later I received letter saying that they used my old biometrics I never received my work permit (EAD) but never received prima facie .. do I have to worry about anything , is it normal to not receive prima facie it’s been 7 months .. any help is appreciated.. Thank you ..!

@Ritt Appah, live agent dont attend to Vawa Case because of its sensivity .The petitioner can only write make enquiries.

@Peterson Thamas, I filled in April 26 and have they sent me a prima facie in July after receiving my rfe for Police clearance. You can make enquiries and find out what is going on but its all depend on your case and document submitted.

Not everyone gets prima facie when they file for VAWA. It doesn't mean anything when you don't get it.. When I filed for VAWA I never got prima facie but I still got approved. But if you really need it you can write to them to request it.

@Afro Madz how long did it take you to get approved? did you file concurrently?

I filed June 2017 and got approved March 2019. No I did not file concurrently.

I have not received any prima facie or biometrics. I filed back in October 2, 2020 for VAWA (I-765, 131, I-360, I-485) and nothing has changed except that my I-360 status changed to “Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It” 30 days ago. and name was updated for my 485 and 765 85 days ago
