Uscis send me a second rfe
Hay community uscis send me a second rfe and 30 days to submit it for the one tax I was missing and now I have it . first I want to know, is uscis going to process it fast or keep me in line . second, why did uscis give me 30 days

first rfe was the typical affidavit and taxes and second rfe was about the one tax I was missing

It means the latest day you submit is the 30th day (based on the post office date delivery)

when u get a rfe wlith a date to submit from uscis, it doubles as a noid.
i was made for thisFeb 22, 2022
when they send you a rfe they pause your case until you respond to it and then once they received what they want they will unpause it and start working on your case again
