Hello @gby just way for them, to approve your case, because sometimes if your case doesn’t have the time, for them to approved it they will live it there, for 3 to 5 months under review!! and another thing, when they approved ir they will send you a letter form NVC letting you know what you need!!! and what do you need to summit!!! because if you start to get this paper before they approve your case, they may expire!!! hope, this information help you!!! wishing you all the best!!

well everything depend on the service center you have!! so if you have Texas or Nebraska., you May get approve soon!!

my case is #I130 for spouse abroad, I summited my case on December 2019, and just today I got approved after 2 years 2 months and 18 days!! and nothing was wrong with the case because, they didn’t asked for evidence or anything!!! it just everything on god hands!!

yes!! it’s was first at California center and then in 2021, they tranferred the case to Potomac!!
