I believe you have to add your cases into it

my cases are already added to it...I signed into my account earlier in the day then went I went back on, it was just blank. I don't know why. Sometimes when I try to log on, it just doesn't work. I'm thinking maybe USCIS has problems with their sites on occasion.

It happened to me few times. Website wouldn’t let me in. It always works the next morning.

you may try to contact them you need to select form I guess you can select any form and submit an inquiry I had the same problem showing blank page for couple days I called them they said it's system gllitch Resolved the issue after couple days
