my i140 got approved with 7 days ( premium) and now I’m waiting for they transfer to nvc

mine is i-140 approved for eb-3 on 12/29 as of now I haven’t received any welcome letter yet, my category and country for visa # is current, I called nvc hotline and as of yesterday they still don’t have my application with the provided src# on the i-797.

a person told me that her app took 48 days to receive an email from nvc after approval.

which center are you ? is your case still in the uscis ?

my center is Texas. uscis approved on 12/29 and sent an aproval letter and in that letter states that they have sent the file to nvc and that they shall contact me within 30 days. it is been 41 days already. most of the websites display 30-60 waiting time for a welcome letter.

Mary regular process takes 8-12 months to get approved

mine was premium it took 11 days, texas center.

mine took 6, Nebraska center

My i-140 was approved on 11/11 and so far has not yet been sent to NVC. The process was Premium and approved in 9 days. On the USCIS website it shows approval on 11/11 but so far it doesn't appear that it was sent to the NVC and that has been 3 months. I do not know what to do.
