Ok I'm in the same boat right now! My husband oath ceremony is going to be on December 1st. My daughter is overseas and our attorney saids the first thing is upload my husband's naturalization certificate in my daughter's I-130 account. After that we have to contact USCIS to let them know now my daughter's case needs to be upgraded as a IR1 and we need to wait till I-130 to be approved first because once is approved USCIS is going to send the case to NVC. Once the case is on NVC you can adjust and fallow the 12 steps.

are you in the US? if yes, just file adjustment of status with the mentioned documents and receipt notice for I-130. if not in US, please email and write to NVC

So I guess you have to contact the embassy and request for appointment?
