update on case after service request on i485
hi everyone, my lawyer raised a service request about a week ago on my i485 case since it's out of normal processing time. today I saw the following messages posted on my case: - inquiry was assigned to an officer - a response was sent to your inquiry - a response was sent to your inquiry - inquiry was completed. I see that there are two responses on the same inquiry to be sent. this never happened in the past. usually I see the following: - inquiry was assigned to an officer - a response was sent - inquiry was completed anyone has an experience like the above? thanks!

through online case status. by update I mean, just these steps. I don't know what response they have sent. I guess my lawyer will let me know since they are the ones who have received the response.

what is the processing time.please let me know as my daughter worked so hard and won scholarship in her high school and now they are saying she doesn't have permanent status.We have applied october 2020

they are processing applications of April 2020. you can check at processing time website: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

this is so confusing,my friend applied a week after us which 29 october 2020 and he got his GC last week.He sidnt even get his EAD till end of sep

yes, I applied in October 2019. I haven't received it yet. so every case has its own luck.

now they are saying 10 to 18 months for processing time....

my case is in Texas service center. I see NBC is faster for many cases. apart from that I don't have any other ideas about NBC. good luck with your case

so today i got a message from agent saying my visa regressed on sep 21st.do you have any idea about visa regressed,do i have to do anything from side.Any ideas or suggestions please
