@tall man medicals are rfe under I-485 and not I-360. please let’s be giving accurate information here so people are not confused when they are seeing or getting different things regarding their case. @user 124 common rfe I have seen under I-360 are good moral character, evidence of abuse, bonafide marriage to abuser etc. common rfe under I-485 are medicals, birth certificate, I-864w . They won’t ask you medical under I-360, they only need that when you want to adjust your status(I-485) to make sure you are admissible, that means you don’t have any communicable diseases.

mine was on good moral - I asked more ppl to write about how they knew me and what impact I left on them. I asked all the people I know who are in higher positions to write a true statement about me. that was back in March 2022. USCIS received my RFE in May 2022 and I’ve yet to hear about anything. if anyone has sent back RFE based in good moral and has gotten approval from USCIS can you share your story.

@user 124 from my rfe letter: "Evidence you are a person of good, moral character (generally, the Service requests police clearances from each locality in which you have lived for at least 6 months during the past three years).*" so I sent them the police clearance from my state and 2 from my hometown Brazil. they approved my i360 on November 2024. then January they sent me a rfe for my i485 for medicals. sent medicals in February and still waiting for decision.

they wanted my late husband's long form birth certificate and proof he was really divorced from wife 1 and 2 ( it is the same person and I already send that in)
