still waiting since April 2021. only thing approved was my i140 after I opted for premium processing. no EAD, No AP. nothing so far

same waiting since May’21. @ E B - how did you opt for premium processing for EB1-3? I didn’t think USCIS allows that

I have heard from some TSC EB1-3 Sep2020 filer who got their GC delivered by around June-2021. It looks like they stopped after that and there is a long queue of pending I-140/AOS Dec-2020 onwards without any progress. Anyone heard of any movement at all in 2021 EB1-3 I-140 form ?

checking through other forums and it looks like Texas is still with Dec 2020 for EB1.. they are the one with slow processing and how bad are we get our docs there 😢

checked with my attorney on current processing time for EAD/AP. priority date for case enquiry- Dec 31,2020 for 765 and Jan 1,2021 for 131. still a long wait for all of us🙁 but he is confident we might see some movement

Thank you EB1GC Tracker. I have to admit that I am following the progress of TSC on couple of website and the queue is managed not based on PD...the logic is not easy to be understood cause I think depends on multiple factors. in the next few months I will not be eligible to work anymore...so I think I definitely need a plan B
