Hi vawa family, quick story i left the us the 21 Juin and make it back the 5 July, i have my old adjustment of status pending with travel documents I-131 and my work permit
currently im a Delta employee and i work at the same terminal where we have the cbp, when i applied for my 360 i applied for new i-131, but sadly the second Advance parole was denied the 2 of July while im outside the country, it made them quite confused and i spent one hour and half, I also had creminal records that was sealed
(family assault by my ex wife) i had all the court documents and thank god i mad ot back home they were supper helpful and i had 5 officers working on my case and one supervisor.
