I went to my US doctor and had them put in their system my foreign vaccination. And then they were able to print out a record of vaccination in English from theyr system.

I recently did my medical and I submitted the foreign vaccine records and they were ok with that. I suggest you talk to your doctor if they will accept them before going through the hassle of translating
