It looks you and me are in similar time line for NIW. my case transferred yesterday but don’t know where. I will get notice in few days. I also live in Denver area, so most likely they may transfer here.

Hi Gaji, actually I’m not from Denver, I’m in Florida and I knew my case was moved to Denver because I used the Emma chat today and asked in what field office is currently my case, since more than 30 days has passed since I received the paper notice from USCIS but in there it only says was transferred to NBC and not Denver. that’s why I’m asking for a timeline expectation from that FO

Javier Toledo, same situation my case was transferred on march 28, Emma told me that my case it’s on San Fernando field office but I live in Virginia.

hi guys, what exactly you ask to Emma to get location of your case? Do you get connection to agent?

you must use Emma chat and just type “Live Agent” then will ask you for your case number, name, address, DOB, etc. after that you can make ask the agent any query you have

my case to Denver Field Office was sent on 4/15/22 .

Let me tell you, I’ve contacted Emma about 4 or 5 times now and all gave me different answers, one told me Denver FO, another Hialeah Fl FO, and two or three more told me that my case is still at NBC. My las contac was Friday June 3 and that was the answer. Actually they were very rude with me, Emma told me “as we have been telling you so many times, your case is Still at the NBC”. I’m afraid now to contacted them again after that rude answer.

I think the service representatives at Emma Chat says random things. Last week they said my case is at San Antanio, today at El Paso. They are totaly random.
