I checked on the processing times for Texas for i821, I didn’t see Texas on the Service center list. I am so confused. You should call them to check, I don’t get it.

on here it says my case will mostly be processed starting this month on the 12th I hope I get it this month 🤦🏾‍♂️😩

My case was transferred to Texas also on the 29th of January.

the haitian tps is processing only in california, and I seetoday they are processing work permit from haitian TPS that was filed on august 3rd 2021 you can check it out.

they are processing september 10th for I-821 tps bro, but the tps come with a work permit to I-765 so if you looking for work permit california you will see work permit for haiti 🇭🇹 tps c12 and 19 they are currently processing august 3rd 2021
