@k m I considered doing the same, but my lawyer advised against it, saying, "Don't do it; we just did that less than a month ago." They mentioned that agents often feel uncomfortable with those kinds of requests all the time.

@Kar NIW i140-Nov 2023’ your timeline is 12 months and your PD has passed that. however, if you check your priority date with when you’re eligible to contact USCIS with an inquiry, you’ll see that you’re not eligible yet. I think yours should be around mid February 2025. what do you think?
