Timeframe between Combo card & Green card
Hi all, I’ve submitted I-131, I-765 & I-485 together (with medicals). I’m EB-2 RoW / center Nebraska. I-140 has been approved in March. bio done in July.
I received my combo card last week (9 months in total). No RFE so far. Do you know how long it takes to receive the GC? My attorney said 2-3 more months but looking for more data points. Thanks!

I’m in a similar situation. all docs received 11/20/2020, I-140 approved about a month ago and I received EAD card last week. hoping to get GC soon. not sure how long it should take 😰

Maybe if you send your medical exams I think is fast because sometimes is 6 months they send rfe for medical exams.My lawyer said when your i140 is approved send the exams. You earn time

its been over 7 months that I received my ead and no gc. still waiting texas
