I spoke with a Tier 3 officer who told me that each time you put in a service request it delays processing. who knew? and if that’s the case why are we then encouraged to put in service request?

The service request does not delay the processing. My lawyer told me this. Take everything you hear from those agents with a grain of salt, they are known for giving misleading info
